  • What is your Service Cancellation Policy?

    Our goal is to ensure you completely enjoy your time with us. The following tips will help you to make the most of your time at the spa:

    We recommend arriving 5 -10 min early to your scheduled appointment for all spa services.

    We respectfully request a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notification. Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will result in a $45 rescheduling fee.

    When calling to reserve your spa package or gift card have your package or gift card number ready. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation. A credit card is necessary for booking an appointment

    To provide a relaxing experience we ask that you please turn off pagers and cell phones. Thank you, and we look forward to serving you!

  • What is your Spa Package Cancellation Policy?

    To receive the most relaxing experience available spa packages may not be broken up or exchanged for other services.

    All spa packages are non-refundable.

    To ensure availability for all of our guests there is a mandatory 72-hour cancellation policy with all spa packages when rescheduling or canceling your reservation. After 72 hours your package will be unredeemable.

  • What is your Gift Card Return Policy?

    Gift card purchases cannot be refunded. All Gift Cards expire one (1) year from the original purchase date, but the value of an expired gift certificate can still be used towards any service.
