- Redeemed reward points must cover the entire regular price of the service, gift certificate, or retail product.
- Partial reward points cannot be redeemed.
- Earning
- Spa Reward Points will never expire.
- Spa Reward Points are non-transferable.
- Spa Reward Points can only be earned after rewards membership activation, and cannot be retroactively added to your account.
