Service Package Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to ensure you completely enjoy your time with us. The following tips will help you to make the most of your time at our Day Spa:

• We recommend arriving 15 min early to your scheduled appointment for all spa services in order to change into a robe and relax in our spa area.
• We respectfully request a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notification. Cancellations without a 24-hour notice will result in a full service charge.
• When calling to reserve your spa package or gift card have your package or gift card number ready. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation. A credit card is necessary for reserving an appointment.
• Lockers are provided for personal belongings. We regret, however, that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
• In order to provide a relaxing experience we ask that you please turn off pagers and cell phones. Thank you and we look forward to serving you!

Spa Package Cancellation Policy
In order to receive the most relaxing experience available, spa packages may not be broken up or exchanged for other services.

• All spa packages are non-refundable.
• To ensure availability for all of our guests there is a mandatory 72 hour cancellation policy with all spa packages when rescheduling or canceling your reservation. After 72 hours your package will be unredeemable.

Gift Card Return Policy
Gift card purchases cannot be refunded. All Gift Cards Expire one (1) year from the original purchase date.
